Do you want more lightness, clarity and connection - but somehow you're not making any real progress? Do you keep behaving in certain situations in a way that you actually know... but don't want to? Or do you observe entrenched patterns in others that make it difficult to work together?
In an ideal working environment, we are open, self-confident and in contact - with ourselves and with each other. In the impulse workshop "Blocking patterns of behaviour", Franziska invites you to recognize your own patterns of behaviour and to understand what fears lie beneath them. Because many of the most common blocking behavioral patterns can be traced back to Five central basic fears back:
Fear of rejection
Fear of abandonment
Fear of losing control
Fear of humiliation
Fear of failure
These fears are deeply human - and they shape how we think, feel and act. They influence our behavior in the team as well as our personal development. They often stand in our way exactly where our true potential lies.
In the workshop, you will find out which behavioral patterns are blocking you and learn which fear may be behind which pattern. You will receive impulses on how you can break free from deadlocked dynamics - within yourself and with others - and discover new scope for action in order to experience yourself more freely and connected.
The impulse workshop is a free community offer from Moving Mountains.
